Dutch telecom operator VodafoneZiggo has reported a 21% increase in the use of its TV Everywhere app Ziggo Go.
More than 1.2 million Ziggo subscribers now use Ziggo Go, formerly called Horizon Go. This online TV Everywhere service comes standard and at no extra cost with the cabler’s TV subscriptions. Ziggo Go is a cornerstone of Ziggo’s policy to make its TV and video content available anywhere in the Netherlands and on any device or screen.
With Ziggo Go, subscribers can watch uo to more than 100 TV channels online, depending on the type of TV subscription they buy. In addition, a large number of films and series are available.
Ziggo has installed 45,000 new Ziggo Mediabox XL TV decoders, the total number of customers using the STB has now reached 1.3 million, or 1 out of 3 Ziggo customers.
Ziggo subscribers with the Ziggo Movies & Series L or Ziggo Movies & Series XL subscription can also watch thousands of movies and series, including exclusive HBO content.
