Teleste’s subsidiary Cableway has signed a new three-year strategic partnership agreement with Vodafone Deutschland for installation and maintenance services for the company’s cable customers in Germany.
The agreement ensures the continued partnership with Vodafone Deutschland one year prior to the expiry of the previous contract.
With an expected contract value in excess of €200 million over term, it will strengthen the long-term profitability and sustainability of Cableway’s services business and provide further growth opportunities for Teleste’s business footprint in Germany, according to the Finnish technology provider.
The cooperation with Vodafone Deutschland (formerly Kabel Deutschland) started in 2008 when the company outsourced part of the technical services of its cable networks to Cableway.
