Discovery and TVN have integrated their management structure in Poland and appointed Piotr Korycki the president of the management board and MD.
According to Press.pl, Jim Samples, hitherto the president of the management board at TVN, has now moved to the companies’ supervisory board.
Korycki has been with TVN for 15 years and was most recently the VP of the management board and CFO.
He will now report to Katarzyna Kieli, the head of Discovery in Europe, Africa and the Middle East.
