Russia’s Gazprom-Media reduced its net losses from R28.3 billion (€401.2 million) in 2016 to R3.4 billion last year, according to the latest annual report of its main shareholder Gazprombank.
At the same time, reports RNS Online and AKTR, its revenues increased from R82.2 billion to R86.4 billion, while the company’s operating profit of R1.3 billion contrasted with an operating loss of R7.8 billion in 2016.
Gazprom-Media is one of the country’s leading media holdings, with assets that include the TV channels NTV, TNT, Pyatnitsa!, 2×2, TV3 and Match!
