DK Telekommunikation ApS, the Macquarie-backed consortium, has announced its received regulatory clearance for its bid to takeover TDC.
In a statement, DK Telekommunikation said it had now received all regulatory approvals upon which the Offer was conditioned.
The consortium also includes PFA, PKA, ATP.
DK Telekommunikation would split TDC into three operating divisions; the TDC network, the Danish market and the Norwegian business. Ultimately, all three would be managed separately.
