Slovakia’s Broadcasting and Retransmission Council (RVR) has granted a digital broadcasting licence to a new channel named Sport +.
Medialne reports that that the application for the licence was submitted by a company named Spravca SK. It is owned by Patrik Matejka, who has a registered office in the city of Nitra.
Sport+ plans to be on air for 12 hours daily in three four-hour blocks.
It will be broadcast terrestrially and also made available in the Czech Republic.
