Orange has significantly expanded its executive committee in order to accelerate the company’s multi-services operator strategy.
The move, which has made the committee more diversified and international, is effective May 2 and will see the addition of seven new members.
Laurent Paillassot, CEO of Orange Spain, has been appointed deputy CEO; Hugues Foulon executive director in charge of strategy for the group and cybersecurity activities; Nicolas Guerin secretary-general and secretary of the board of directors; Valérie La Boulanger executive director in charge of human resources; Alioune Ndaiaye, CEO of Orange Middle East and Africa; and Helmut Reisinger CEO of Orange Business Services.
In addition, there have been changes in responsibilities. Ramon Fernandez, delegate CEO, has been appointed finance and performance executive director; Gervais Pellissier, delegate CEO, will take responsibility for supervising and coordination of the group’s transformation; Fabienne Dulac, CEO of Orange France, has been appointed deputy CEO of the group; Mari-Noëlle Jégo-Laveissière has become the deputy CEO of the group and chief technology and innovation officer; Christine Albanel will continue with her responsibilities as executive director of CSR, diversity, partnerships and philanthropy, as well as being deputy chairman of the Orange Foundation; Jérôme Barré has been appointed CEO of wholesale and international networks, a new division embracing all wholesale activities in France and internationally, as well as roaming; and Béatrice Mandine, executive director communications and brand, will now manage both the group’s internal and external communications teams.

This transformation has been made possible by the continuous drive for excellence in our role as a network operator”.
