The board of Danish telco TDC has published details of the offer for the company made by the Macquarie-led consortium.
DK Telekommunikation would split the company into three operating divisions; the TDC network, the Danish market and the Norwegian business. Ultimately, all three would be managed separately.
The offer was recommended earlier this month, just days after it was announced that the telco was to combine with MTG’s Nordic entertainment business.
MTG’s offer has now been formally rejected.
