Caavo, the remote control that brings together devices and services, has gone on sale.
A limited edition of 5,000 units has been made available through the company’s website.
Caavo says rather than attempting to consolidate a number of services into one box, it connects all of the pieces: pay-TV, streaming, and gaming, then unites the experience.
The so-called Deluxe Set includes Unlimited Lifetime Service and Deluxe Set with cloth-covered HDMI and Ethernet cables, HDMI extender, and IR accessories. There are eight HDMI connectors.
Caavo was founded in 2015 by Blake Krikorian, who died in 2016, with former Sling Media colleague Andrew Einaudi and shufflr.tv co-founder Vinod Gopinath.
To date it has raised $32.5 million.
