Digi Communications had revenues of €916.5 million in 2017, or 8.75% more than a year earlier.
At the same time, reports ZF, its profits rose from €12.45 million to €61.7 million over the same period.
Operating expenses, which increased in line with business growth, amounted to €808.8 million in 2017, or 6% more than the €755.8 million posted a year earlier.
Meanwhile, Digi’s indebtedness fell from 2.9x in 2016 to 2.7x in 2017.
Digi (RCS&RDS) is the leading pay-TV operator in Romania and also has a strong presence in neighbouring Hungary.
It held an IPO worth RON944 million (€202 million) in Bucharest last May.
