Online viewers to Sunday night’s Superbowl coverage found that the potential for a wardrobe malfunction was the least of their worries.
As the Eagles-Patriots match headed towards its climax, viewers to NBC’s feed through online service Hulu were presented with error messages telling them there was no content available.
Apologies for the disruption this evening. While the interruption could not have come at a more important time, we are confident we can prevent this in the future.

Hulu was not the only service to experience difficulties, PlayStation viewers also had their viewing interrupted, but SlingTV and You Tube TV had no problems reported. It’s not known what the cause of the problems were. However, more than one comment on social media suggested the old-fashioned rabbit-ear terrestrial antenna be brought back into use.
PS Vue users: We apologize for the brief interruption some users experienced during the Super Bowl earlier today. It has since been resolved to full service.
