Matthias Ehrler joins content4tv

February 5, 2018 13.39 Europe/London By Jörn Krieger

Matthias Ehrler will become Senior Manager Distribution & Business Development of German TV channel carriage rights provider content4tv from February 2018.

In the new position, Ehrler will focus on the support of network operator and municipal utility partners as well as the development of joint product and marketing solutions. He will also be responsible for the company’s business development.

Ehrler has nearly 20 years of professional experience in the telecommunications and network operator industry, including consulting on fibre-optic rollout projects. Most recently, he worked as Senior Channel Manager at Eviso Germany (M7 Group), and previously at NetCologne, Telefónica Deutschland and SBR-net Consulting.

“We are delighted to have gained Matthias Ehrler, an experienced expert with excellent market knowledge and profound experience in the sale of digital TV packages to network operators and municipal utility companies. He will drive the growth of our customer base and address new market segments,” said Martina Rutenbeck, Managing Partner of content4tv.

Content4tv supplies public utility companies, fibre-optic network operators, city carriers, IPTV providers, cable companies and the housing industry with carriage rights for TV channels (linear, multiscreen, on-demand). The partners obtain all rights from a single source, independent of their method of reception and redistribution of the channels.
