German pay-TV broadcaster Sky Deutschland will offer a pop-up channel for Western fans in March 2018.
Sky Cinema Western will show 53 films of the genre with actors like John Wayne, James Stewart, Gary Cooper, Klaus Kinski, Pierre Brice, Christian Bale and Russell Crowe. The schedule will comprise both classic titles and current productions.
Sky Cinema Western will replace Sky Cinema Nostalgie between March 9 and 18, 2018. Most movies will also be available on demand through Sky Go, Sky On Demand and Sky Ticket.
