Lars Bayer has taken over the newly created position of head of corporate communications at German technical services provider Media Broadcast on January 15, 2018.
The position also includes internal and external communication for DVB-T2 platform Freenet TV.
Bayer reports to CEO Wolfgang Breuer. He will be supported by Manfred Hermann and his team from corporate communications as well as the press spokesmen Holger Crump (Media Broadcast) and Philip Löbbecke (Freenet TV).
Most recently, Bayer headed the corporate communications team at Telefónica Deutschland on an interim basis. Prior to that, he worked for the Swedish Ericsson group where he was responsible for press and public relations work in Germany and other European markets for many years.
