Vodafone plans to start offering retail fixed-line services in Hungary, according to Gergö J. Budai, the deputy CEO of the company’s local division.
Speaking to Világgazdaság and quoted by BBJ, he added that Hungary is one of the few countries in which the company still does not provide such services.
He added that technology is developing in such a way that clients will no longer choose either mobile or fixed-line services, but rather solutions that require both type of infrastructure.
Budai noted that Vodafone already provides fixed-line services to corporate clients in Hungary.
