Poland’s National Broadcasting Council (KRRiT) has extended the licence held by TVN’s satellite TV channel TVN International West for another 10 years.
At the same, time it has changed the licence conditions of Stopklatka TV, a channel operated by Stopklatka SA that is distributed terrestrially on the first multiplex (MUX-1) and via satellite.
The channel has seen the amount documentary content it is required to offer its viewers increased from 10% to 18%.
However, it is no longer required to offer over 3% animation, over 2% educational and over 3% information/reporting programming.
The KRRiT has also extended a number of radio licences by 10 years.
