Ioana Mihailescu has been appointed the customer operations manager, Vodafone Romania, effective January 22.
She replaces Ana Alexe, who has been appointed customer operations manager at Vodafone Hutchison Australia, based in Sydney.
In her new position, Mihailescu will report to Murielle Lorilloux, the CEO of Vodafone Romania, and be part of the executive management team.
Mihailescu has been the director of channel strategy and customer value management at Vodafone Romania since 2014.
Previously, she has been customer operations support at the company.
She also has extensive experience in leading financial and banking positions.
Meanwhile, Alexe has been with Vodafone since 2003 and held several leading roles in customer relations.
