Dutch-registered Digi Communications has granted a €10 million loan to its daughter company RCS&RDS, the leading cable and internet services operator in Romania.
Quoting an announcement posted on the Bucharest Stock Exchange website, ZF adds that the loan’s interest rate has been fixed at 5.5%, with the repayment being anytime until December 14, 2018.
It also says that as of this Wednesday, January 10, Digi shares were trading at RON37.5 (€8.1), slightly down on the previous day.
