UPC Romania has acquired Eniasan, a cable company based in the town of Motru.
According to ZF, it paid around €3 million for Eniasan, which has operations in over 120 localities in Gorj and Mehedinti counties.
ZF adds that Eniasan’s revenues in 2017 amounted to almost RON7 million (€1.51 million).
UPC Romania’s digital network reached 3,008,100 households in the country at the end of the third quarter, or 9% more than in the same period last year.
Its digital TV subscriber total stood at 663,400, 5% up on Q3 2016 total.
