Andrei Muntean has been appointed the deputy DG of Moldova’s National Agency for Regulation of Electronic Communications and Information (ANRCETI) for a period of four years.
Muntean began his career in the Ministry of Justice, after which he has until now worked in the electronic communications sector.
He has replaced Corneliu Jaloba, who has left ANRCETI.
