Georgi Harizanov has become the new CEO of the Bulgarian TV channel Europa.
According to Capital, he was invited to take up the post by Dobrin Ivanov, Europa’s new owner, and his appointment approved at a company general meeting on November 8.
Harazinov will continue to appear on a programme named Reaction, which is broadcast by Europa and produced jointly with the Institute for Right Policy.
He previously also appeared on the channel Kanal 3.
Capital adds that Europa is supportive of the current government in Bulgaria.
