Michael Tsamaz is to stay on as chairman and chief executive of Greece’s OTE until June 2021.
In a statement, the company says that his contract has been renewed, under the same terms and conditions, until an AGM to be held on that date.
Tsamaz has been the head of OTE, which is 40% owned by Deutsche Telekom, since November 2010.
He has been with OTE since 2001 and became the head of Cosmote in 2007.
