HD+, the German HDTV platform operated by Astra satellite operator SES, will screen MTV’s Europe Music Awards (EMA) 2017 in Ultra HD on Astra (19.2 degrees East) for the first time.
The event will be shown on November 15, 2017 at 20.00 CET on 4K channel UHD1 by HD+ on the frequency 10,994 MHz H (SR 22,000, FEC 5/6).
The 24th edition of MTV EMA will take place on November 12, 2017 in the SSE Arena in Wembley, London, featuring stars such as Kesha, The Killers and DJ David Guetta. The host is British singer and actress Rita Ora.
MTV Deutschland will transmit the event live from 21.00 CET on its TV channel, as a live-stream at www.mtv.de/live and within the MTV Play App.
