Fox Networks Group Spain has appointed Víctor García-Morato as Programming and Content Director of its entertainment channels in Spain, Fox and Fox Life.
In his new position, García-Morato will report directly to Daniel Pérez, general manager of FNG España, whom he will replace as Head of Programming after his promotion last June.
Within his functions as Director of Programming and Content, García-Morato will lead the entire programming team of these channels, including also the area of product purchases, which will continue to be represented by Joana Silva as procurement manager, and audience research, managed by Miriam Ruiz, research manager.
“Víctor García-Morato has an extensive career in television and is a great connoisseur of content management, not only in pay TV, but also in free-to-air. This extensive experience has been fundamental for me when we have worked together in the programming department of FNG Spain during my tenure as director of the same and for this reason I believe that it is the one who can best guarantee the continuity and success in the leadership position of our channels,” said Pérez.
García-Morato has been at Fox since 2013 in various positions.
