The cooking and lifestyle channel Mnam TV will no longer be available to Skylink customers in the Czech Republic and Slovakia from the beginning of November.
According to Parabola, the channel will instead focus on terrestrial distribution.
It adds that Mnam was initially broadcast terrestrially, first on the regional multiplex RS8 before moving to the national multiplex 4. However, it then decided to become a cable and satellite service and was distributed on the Skylink and Nova Digi TV platform. The latter has since withdrawn the channel from its line-up due to low viewing figures.
Mnam TV and its sister channel Mnau TV are both operated by S&P Broadcasting.
As previously reported by Broadband TV News, the latter is planning to launch several more services including Kutil TV, Mudr TV and Trkhak TV.
