Viasat has rebranded a number of its channels in Russia.
As a result, according to the DTH platform NTV-Plus, Viasat Premium HD package is now known as ViP Viasat Premium, while the TV1000 Premium HD channel is now ViP Premiere; TV1000 Megahit HDViP Megahit; and TV 1000 Comedy HD ViP Comedy.
ViP Premiere offers viewers only new movies and foreign TV series, while ViP Megahit shows only the most popular films and ViP Comedy comedy movies.
Significantly, the channels Viasat Nature/Viasat History, Viasat Sport and Viasat Golf remain unchanged and are still part of the ViP Viasat Premium package.
