Christina Foley to head Sapphire Media

October 18, 2017 10.09 Europe/London By Robert Briel

MIPCOM 2017 – CANNES. Hustler has named Christina Foley, the former managing director of Playboy Europe, as its new head of Sapphire Media International.

In her new role, Foley will be responsible for Sapphire Media distribution.

Foley will report to Tony Cochi, EVP of LFP Broadcasting and chairman of Sapphire Media.

She will represent Sapphire’s current channels Hustler TV, Hustler HD, Blue Hustler, Barely Legal, Hustler VOD, Private and Redlight HD.

“We are very fortunate to have such a well-respected industry leader, with a proven record of success, join our team,” Cochi said.

“Christina shares Sapphire’s gold standard commitment to providing customers with the best content and superior service. I look forward to working closely with Christina, and all our valued partners, as we continue to deliver on this commitment.”

Foley’s first move is to upgrade its Blue Hustler channel to HD in January.

LFP Broadcasting has 100% distribution access across North and South America, offering 13 channels and thousands of hours of video-on-demand programming. It currently distributes six additional channels, as well as VOD and mobile, in Europe, Africa, Asia and other territories.
