The Bucharest underground fibre-optic operator Netcity Telecom has outlined its strategy for the next few years.
According to Business Review, it forecasts private investment growth of over €30 million until 2020, followed by €70 million.
As a result, the length of the network will double over the next three years to 1,800km.
Netcity Telecom estimates that the investments until 2020 will result in revenues doubling to over €2 million a year.
The company is currently owned by Direct One, having been sold by UTI Netcity Investments and UTI Group in 2016 for an undisclosed fee.
