Serbia Broadband (SBB) has issued a draft agreement on its merger with the cable operator Ikom.
Under the terms of the agreement, SBB will obtain 100% control of Ikom, holding all its assets and liabilities.
The latter are worth RSD571.470 million (€4.771 million) and RSD290.524 million respectively.
Ikom will subsequently be dissolved without the conducting of liquidation proceedings.
As previously reported by Broadband TV News, Belgrade-based Ikom was founded by three Romanian entrepreneurs in the early 2000s and sold last year to the private equity fund KKR, which backs SBB, for €50 million.
