Munich-based TV producer Jan Mojto has set up a joint company with German public broadcaster ZDF for the development and production of TV series.
Mojto’s Beta Film GmbH owns the majority (51%) in the still nameless enterprise while ZDF’s commercial arm ZDF Enterprises GmbH holds the remaining 49%, reports German media magazine new business.
Managing Directors are Moritz von Krüdener, Managing Director at Beta Film, and Robert Franke, Department Head at ZDF Enterprises. Both executives will also market the yet to be produced TV series internationally, according to the report.
