The Secretary of State for Digital, Culture, Media and Sport has heard back from Ofcom with a clarification on the regulator’s most recent communication.
Karen Bradley will now consider the advice relating to Ofcom’s original correspondence on August 25th.
21st Century Fox wants to merge its operations with Sky in a £11.7 billion transaction.
Details will be made public at a later date.
