The long-established Serbian broadcaster B92 TV will shortly be rebranded O2 television.
According to Balkan Insight, quoting the former Radio B92 journalist Dusan Masic, it should make the sale of the TV station, which has long forfeited everything it used to stand for, easier.
B92 was founded as a radio station 28 years ago and today includes a national TV station, cable TV channel, news website and a radio station that was renamed Play Radio in 2015.
B92 was one of the few media outlets in Serbia that did not support Slobodan Milosevic when he was in power in the 1990s.
It has been majority owned by Antenna Group since September 2015.
