The Secretary of State for Digital, Culture, Media & Sport says she’s received additional advice from the media regulator Ofcom relating to the proposed merger between 21st Century Fox and Sky.
It follows earlier representations made to Karen Bradley in connection with the £11.7 billion transaction.
The Secretary of State will now consider the evidence and advice before making a final decision.
Both her request and the advice from Ofcom will be published at a later stage.
