UPC has added productions from Universal Studios to its MyPrime premium content service in the Czech Republic and Slovakia.
It includes the award-winning series Mr Robot and new titles will be added over the course of the next three years.
By the end of this year MyPrime users will be offered 40 movie titles and several new US series. MyPrime will also include 400 series in 2018, and 100 more a year later. All new movies and series will be made available in HD and with Czech language dubbing or subtitles.
Commenting on the development, Martin Miller, CE of UPC Czech and Slovak Republic, said: “We are constantly expanding the MyPrime video offer and are talking about other valuable new and classic titles, which is confirmed by the news of the addition of productions from the US company Universal Studios. We are delighted that the video library is gaining ever-increasing audiences who appreciate the ability to watch favourite movies and shows not only at home on the TV screen but also online on their mobile devices”.
