The Croatian incumbent Hrvatski Telekom (HT) will add MAXtv To Go to its Stream On service in September.
Stream On already features HBO GO, Netflix, Pickbox and YouTube and can be watched by users without being charged for data traffic.
It was launched less than a year ago and according to HT is the first such platform in Europe to not impose such charges.
HT also says that in Croatia a third of viewers watch TV or video content multiple times a week on smartphones.
