European Originals Television (eoTV), the German TV channel specialising in European movies and series, will become available 24 hours per day on Astra (19.2° East) from August 15, 2017, a spokeswoman confirmed to Broadband TV News.
The ad-supported free-to-air channel will launch its 24/7 service on the new frequency 10.921 GHz H (SR 22,000, FEC 7/8).
Since its launch on December 22, 2015, eoTV has only been broadcasting in the evenings from 20.15 to 1.00 CET as a window on the slot occupied by German children’s channel RiC TV on 12.692 GHz H (SR 22,000, FEC 5/6).
The channel can also be received on Freenet TV Connect, Zattoo, waipu.tv, dailyme TV and as a live-stream on its website.
