Zee One, the German TV channel for the fans of Bollywood movies and series, has appointed Thomas Vink as its new Head of Programming.
Vink who will take on the new position on August 7, 2017 succeeds Andrea Lang who leaves the free-to-air channel just one year after its launch.
Most recently, Vink was Director of Programming & Head of Channel Operations at Motorvision TV where he played a key role in the launch of the German and international pay-TV channel and headed the programme strategy and technical coordination for more than 40 countries in Europe and Asia.
Vink gained experience in the free-to-air TV market at Tele 5 as Head of Marketing und Head of Programming. He also worked for Get on Air, Gameplay and Deutsche Telekom – MediaVision.
