Hrvatski Telekom (HT) has reappointed Davor Tomaskovic as president of its management board (CEO) for another four years, effective January 1, 2018.
Commenting on the development, Jonathan Richard Talbot, chairman of the Supervisory Board, said: “Appointment of Davor Tomaskovic comes as a continuance of his successful work, marked by a positive HT’s turnaround towards a modern and stable company, which through its investments significantly contributes to the development of the country’s economy. Since taking over the lead of the company, Davor initiated the digital and business transformation of the Company, with the goal of adjusting the business operations in order to provide the best customer experience and hold the premium position on the market. By acquisition of Crnogorski Telekom during his term, the first regional expansion was accomplished, which comes as an opportunity for further growth of the company. Thanks to the investments into future generations through STEM educations and scholarships, I am convinced that Hrvatski Telekom with Davor at the helm shall continue to prepare Croatia for the next wave of technological changes to come”.
Tomaskovic became president of the Management Board and CEO on January 1, 2014 for a term of four years which will expire at the end of 2017.
