Igor Poletaev has been appointed the new MD of the Russian 24-hour business news channel RBC TV.
According to Kommersant, Poletaev worked at RBC TV from 2000-6 before moving to NTV, where he was an economics commentator.
Although Poletaev will replace Elmar Murtazayev at RBC TV, a date for when this happen has yet to be announced.
RBC TV has been under new ownership since last month.
