Swiss pay-TV broadcaster Teleclub will show all games of the Champions League and the Europa League live from the 2018/19 season.
This agreement was made between parent company CT Cinetrade and agency Team Marketing which sells the TV rights on behalf of European football association UEFA.
Financial details were not disclosed. The rights package covers the three seasons between 2018/19 and 2020/21.
However, in contrast to Germany and Austria where the Champions League will only be available on the subscription services of Sky Deutschland and DAZN from the 2018/19 season, Teleclub will screen selected live matches on its free-to-air channel Teleclub Zoom launching on July 22, 2017.
Also, for some games only co-exclusive rights were obtained, enabling them to be taken over and broadcast by Swiss public broadcaster SRG.
[UPDATE, 06/07/2017] SRG has reached an agreement with Team Marketing enabling it to broadcast one game of the Champions League and Europa League on free-to-air TV per week.
