The Slovenian cable operator Teleing has launched a UniqCast interactive TV platform with catch-up TV and multiscreen.
Commenting on the development, which happened only 12 weeks after the signing of a contract by the two parties, Janez Smolkovic, CEO at Teleing, said: “UniqCast was a perfect match for us.
“UniqCast TV platform with integrated MW and streaming functions provides excellent user experience and fulfilled all our business and technical expectations. Smooth launch of the service and positive feedback from our subscribers proves our decision was right.”

Teleing is the leading cable operator in 15 municipalities in the northeastern part of Slovenia.
Meanwhile, UniqCast is based in the Croatian capital, Zagreb, and helps build turnkey IPTV/OTT multiscreen solutions for telcos, OTT, mobile and DVB operators.
