RTL Hungary is to rebrand its cable channel Film+2 to RTL Gold on July 3.
It will launch with a new programme structure, new concept and a new programme offering that is unique in Hungary, showing almost exclusively locally produced programmes. These will include the premier of Anikó Nádai’s talk show, Anikó #show.
RTL Gold will be the only Hungarian channel to currently have a programme of this genre. Anikó will invite guests to discuss everyday topics, and will feature all the drama, emotion and intrigue of the classic talk show genre.
RTL Gold will also broadcast several popular RTL Hungary productions.
RTL Hungary’s cable portfolio includes Film+ and Cool, which are are market leaders in their sectors, as well as RTL II, RTL+ and Sorozat+.
