Antenna Hungária has extended its collaboration with Fox Networks Group.
As a result, subscribers to the Hungarian pay-DTT service MinDig TV Extra can now watch HD versions of the channels Fox, NatGeo and NatGeo Wild via HbbTV.
Antenna Hungária says that 18.5%, or some 750,000, of households in Hungary already have HbbTV capable TV sets.
It launched experimental HbbTV services under the name MinDig TV Plusz in 2013, and in cooperation with MTVA the following year contributed as a technical service provider in launching the first commercial HbbTV service in the country.
