Admea group chooses Foxxum smart TV solution

The French Admea Group and Foxxum GmbH have signed a long-term exclusive agreement for smart TV.

The Foxxum Smart TV App Store will be integrated on Admea’s connected TVs under the Schneider, Radiola and Schaub Lorenz brands. The launch on the consumer market is planned for the fourth quarter of 2017.

At a first stage, France and Spain will be the main markets in which the products will be launched, with the option for further launches in other territories together with Foxxum.

Foxxum’s smart TV solution will be specially adaptedin line with Admea’s demand to meet the customers’ expectations. The Foxxum store offers a large selection of major international and local content brands including music streaming services, games and VOD service.

“Foxxum’s TV Store will be a major factor of differentiation between Admea and his competitors. Through the content provided and improved ergonomics, we wish to extend and enhance the use of TV.We plan to install this portal on each of our devices, including on the small size TVs, in order to democratize the Smart TV as widely as possible”, said Philippe Samuel, CEO of Admea.
