Adrian Dita is on track to become the new head of the Romanian regulator ANCOM.
According to Business Review, his name has been put forward by the country’s government and will now have to be approved the parliament.
Dita was most recently the director of public affairs at the incumbent Telekom Romania.
He began working in the telecom sector in 1997 and held positions at Connex and Vodafone Romania before joining Telekom Romania.
Catalin Marinescu, the most recent head of ANCOM, resigned from the post in March this year.
