Claus Strunz, known to millions of Sat.1 viewers as the presenter of akte 20.17, is to moderate the opening session of ANGA COM 2017 (Cologne 30 May – June 1), affectionately known as the Elephant’s Panel, for the high calibre of speakers.
Strunz was previously the editor in chief of tabloid Bild am Sonntag and deputy editor-in-chief of Die Welt. He’s gone on to host shows on N24, n-tv and Sat.1.
In Cologne he’ll run the debate Gigabit, 4K and Over the Top: Broadband and Media under Disruption with a panel composed of high-level representatives from the broadband and media industry: Dr. Hannes Ametsreiter (CEO, Vodafone Germany), Niek Jan van Damme (Member of the Management Board, Deutsche Telekom), Anke Schäferkordt (CEO, Media Group RTL Deutschland), Carsten Schmidt (CEO, Sky Deutschland), Lutz Schüler (CEO, Unitymedia), Ronny Verhelst (CEO, Tele Columbus) and Christoph Vilanek (CEO, freenet).
