A new messaging facility is included in the latest update to Sky’s customer service app, My Sky.
Trailed by CEO Jeremy Darroch at the platform’s recent results presentation, Sky Messaging now allows customers to track orders from start to finish and solve problems on a variety of topics.
Initially, Sky Messaging is available on Android and Apple iOS in the UK, but will later be extended to the Republic of Ireland.
My Sky replaced the Sky Service app earlier this year.
