The Scripps Networks Interactive Polish broadcaster TVN is to make a number of changes to its managerial structure.
According to Wirtualne Media, they will see Maciej Maciejowski take charge of vertical distribution, which includes all its linear and non-linear channels, as well as the on demand service Player.pl.
At the same time, Christian Anting will no longer be a member of the board at TVN, assuming instead a role collaborating with the Scripps Networks’ London-based international team managing digital distribution from Warsaw.
The changes are being made in response to current market conditions and will see TVN Digital, and in particular Player.pl, become more closely integrated with TVN.
Anting has until now been in charge of TVN Digital. In his new role in London will aim to build partnerships with leading broadcasters worldwide.
He will continue to report to Jim Samples, president, international and will cooperate directly with Derek Chang, head of international lifestyle channels.
