The Czech Republic’s Lama Energy Group has acquired a 100% stake in the alternative telco Live Telecom for an undisclosed fee.
Live Telecom provides fixed-line voice and data services to consumers, SMEs and public administration and its revenues in 2015 exceeded CZK100 million (€3.7 million).
Its customers can now expect to be offered Lama Energy Group’s services, which include DTH and IPTV, operating under the brand name Digi TV.
