Netflix starts Croatian localisation

February 7, 2017 11.43 Europe/London By Chris Dziadul

Netflix has begun adding local language subtitles to some of its content in Croatia.

According to 24sata, the first are the film Mean Streets, from 1973, and sitcom Fuller House.

Netflix has been available in Croatia for a year, having entered the country as part of its global expansion at the beginning of 2016.

It faces completion in the Croatian market from services such as Nova TV’s Oyo and Pickbox, an SVOD platform present throughout the former Yugoslavia.
